INSURANCE & FEES

Matteawan Wellness is an in-network provider for Aetna, Anthem Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, United Healthcare, and all Optum affiliates. If your plan is affiliated with Medicaid or Medicare, we will not be able to accept your insurance at this time.

For all other insurance carriers, Matteawan Wellness is considered an out-of network provider. We submit all necessary paperwork to secure reimbursement for your out-of-network coverage.  Please ask your insurance company about out-of-network insurance coverage and consider asking the following questions:

• Do I have behavioral/mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network therapist?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session with a therapist

 

Our fees are $150 per session for individual therapy and $200 per session for family therapy. We recognize that therapy is an investment. The time and money you devote is no small amount. We take our work seriously and hold ourselves to an exceedingly high standard out of respect for your commitment to better your life.
